Located across from their first-ever Hong Kong location in 1975, the Paterson Street Tram Shelter is transformed into a classic McDonald’s restaurant, complete with an illuminated golden arches sign and iconic 2D roof shaped Sheltertop.

McDonald's Hong Kong marks their 50th anniversary with a truly creative Tram Shelter campaign. Located across from their first-ever Hong Kong location in 1975, the Paterson Street Tram Shelter is transformed into a classic McDonald’s restaurant, complete with an illuminated golden arches sign, iconic 2D roof shaped Sheltertop and beloved McDonaldland characters such as Ronald McDonald, Birdie, Hamburglar, and Grimace.

The McDonaldland gang can also be found on a Repulse Bay Bus Shelter Domination, near the historical location of the second-ever McDonald's restaurant in Hong Kong. Both locations offer tourists, residents, and passersby an opportunity to snap photos with the adorable visuals in celebration of the significant milestone and creating countless "Happy Moments.”
